DELIVERY

We ship all items by parcel post, which makes it possible to track the package on its way. Fast service is important to us, we try to ship all parcels within 2-3 workdays. If the delay is caused by courier services or customs Preclothed can’t be held responsible.

France (3 to 5 working days)
15€ — Free shipping from 400 €

Europe (4 to 7 working days)
40€ — Free shipping from 600 €

USA, Canada & everywhere else (7 to 10 working days)
60 € — Free shipping from 1000 €

Thank you for taking local custom laws in account. International orders can imply additional costs at delivery. The total of additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. In this matter we encourage you to check the conditions of your country prior to your order in regards of any additional costs at delivery at your door. 

RETURNS

Preclothed accepts returns in exchange for a full refund.
You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return.
Customers are required to pay the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return, you must contact us, including the word ‘Return’ stating the order number and the items you wish to return.
